Angel of Mine

You are mine ~ I am yours ~ in this together Your heart and mine in synchrony they beat Bequeathed One with thoughts that sync mine Enlightened Souls in love ~ a conjoined feat Overwhelmed with the throb of your heartbeat A subtle flutter like a butterfly’s touch within That stirs the very essence of my soul and tickles goose bumps that creep upon my skin In anticipation for your fingers to hold mine Proclaim your entry with your first lusty cry I’ll weep a mother’s tears of soulful joy Soothing you with my own sweet lullaby Till then ~ for now we bond as one to the other An affinity in the unity of a child to its Mother He cradles us in his arms ~ you respond to his touch The completed circle with you ~ me ~ and your father
My poem is written to celebrate the coming event for a very special couple who are excitedly expecting their first little girl. Video clip and music by - Colbie Caillat

How beautifully moving my sweet friend Maria! This drew a tear as it brought me back to such a special time in my life. Full of amazement and wonder as this little person grew within me. The feeling of movement ... the tears when you'd hear the heartbeat ... the abolute, pure love you feel for this growing baby. A very sweet gift you've created for the new parents :) ~ Judy

Such a lovely poem this is, the love of a mother to her unborn child, according to my mother there isn t any geeling better than knowing that we are giving birth to a new human and an unusual bond is made between the mother and child, an unconditional love because of which the mother never hesitate to sacrifice anything, even if it s her own life, many congratulations to the couple who s expecting their first new born, you have given a great tribute to them. Good luck

Us men no matter how sensitive and caring we may be, we will never feel the agony, the joy, ecstasy of the coming of a baby! The ancient Spartans, the fiercest warriors of all, used to say " Better death to face thrice on a battlefield with sword in hand that a child birth!" Well, my ladies you are bravest than the Spartans and for that you deserve my admiration and that of all men! A divine poem, so tender, so loving and so true! May the little angel come healthy and be happy!Glorious poem!

I do believe this is the best comment that I have received from anyone. Thank you my dearest friend, now I know us women have the respect of the Spartans, the fiercest warriors. On behalf of all women who have given birth, I thank you....Maria xxx

Only souls whose hearts are dripping with genuine unconditional love could portray a generous write of infinite love and longing for the coming angel.. "Angel of Mine', that's for sure! It is yours because dear Maria you are a mother who has gone through the conception of an angel in her womb.. a brilliant rendition of what happens inside a woman's womb and how she feels! Full of love, generosity and beauty! Shine wherever you set on your pen. Stay blessed always dear Maria.
