And Then There Was One
The silent screams of a woman in pain,
the death tole climbs as she rattles her chains.
Tears fall down like ashes on snow,
She weeps only now because she is alone.
What started out as perfect spring,
Has turned to be the most horrid of things.
When first they met it seemed ordained,
But when all done there is only pain.
