And Then 'she Happened'

Some decades back
The ship had set sail
Gliding on
Relatively calm waters
Of Life
At times
Successfully navigating
Choppy seas
Staying the course
Supported by
Big and small sails
No thrill
No adventure
Uneventful days
A peaceful voyage
Not much to look forward to
Not much to cherish
The present
Bland
And then
‘She happened’
Now the journey......
Never the same again.
