And Still I Rise

You are loved and blessed. Your worth is not dependent upon anyone or anything. Shine and believe in yourself. You're a star. Memories from 2021: I've written a number of poems, including this one, in support of anyone who has experienced bullying or ill treatment. But I am powerful - I am a woman unleashed and free; And I will continue to rise and stand tall, because That's my destiny... And still I rise, like the sun does every day - And still I thrive despite every obstacle you put in my way... Because I am a goddess for all time - There is nothing and no one that can ever tame my spirit or hold me back from becoming all that I am capable of being and achieving... And still I rise...
