And in the Silence
And in my silence
I hear naught but the noise
Of distant, faded, dreams
Murmuring
Stumbling, alone
In the shimmering shadows
Of a distant darkness
Searching for a fading freedom
Whispers, caressing
Savored secrets
Echoes validating
Passion’s permanence
Shouting…I am here
In the dark of silence
Dancing alone
In memory’s moments
