And I Miss Her

Strains of Regina' Belle's Baby come to me filters through..the night cool ..not unusual for the hills...the cities lights twinkle over the landscape ...No stars tonight..the moon late in its appearance.....a swiff of pine trees as tickles as a gentle breeze blows...the silence cativates ..crickets "Ann" the odd lizard lends to natures seranade...I wonder where she is at this very mome..does she hear the as I hear...feel as I feel...I wonder is she gazing up in the blanket above..Is she safe..."Marie"..and warm...Is she smiling that smile..my smile.her voice "Calms"..soothing.."Richness"...laughing as only she does...girlish...her laughter teases.....and I miss her..
