Ancient Man

One by one the children come To hear the song of the Ancient Man His time draws so near the end. In the day that was his life, The midnight hour clings so near All can taste its bitter sting. As the darkness creeps around his soul The Earth sheds a tear. One of her last great children Is coming home again.
