What a wonderful scene you have painted in your beautiful couplets. Plum blooms are also beautiful as cherry blossoms, I feel. I don't know exactly as we have neither of them here. What a lyrical anacreontic couplet this is dr sotto, i love the cadence of this, i am personally not so good with rhymes, and i have to use my brain if i have to do forms like these so i will not even try this at the moment, or maybe i might , however, you are a natural with rhymes, i see you come up with unique ones too, imagery here is exquisite and so well articulated and delivered for the prompt. I especially love the line “ stars never root me much concern” deep! So poetic and beautiful,
