An Oyster Out of Water

I once lived on the Ocean's floor and then I was harvested, and left upon it's shores. Even though I was made of rugged apparel, signs are left within me that shows I once made precious pearls. Once hidden by the Sea and now the world can see my mystery. I dress up gardens and flower boarders. A new life for an Oyster out of water.

I like this poem. It's very refreshing. The rhyme was great with sweet though played in my head. Writing this poem had to be fun and relaxing at the same time. I love the theme. Knowing those days it was hard to adapt to new places and people. This poem make me want to look at other poems. And enjoy what other great poetry you have to offer. Thank you and don't stop!
