An Open Heart

I open my heart
only to be burned again.
But if I lock it,
there’s no chance for future love.
Open, I still cling to hope.

There is a certain tenacity and bravery,needed we don't always realize i think in our walk through life, how much determination it takes.. to maintain an open heart and mind, i have often thought on this..) well put Carolyn..
