An Ode To Age

AN ODE TO AGE

Where are hairs that are grey?
Age has now become a prey
Respect washed home away

Age can never be a number
If so wisdom is a title
Age wake up and let’s have a history

Wisdom prepares a banquet not for kids
For the strong and those willed
Wisdom comes with grey

Maturity is not but a twin of wisdom
Age is not maturity; maturity is age
A child can be old; old can never be a child
