An Instant

Luckily by chance, at stream strand we met.
Sun about to set, sky displayed twilight.
Me, walking with my love to choose soulmate.
Flurry of breeze flushed two hearts in delight.

Hues dispersed on sky faded faint from bright.
We leaned on a tree holding hand in hand
The exquisite evening merged into night.
                        Nightingale sang sending dreamy errand.

Charming nascent crescent descent Moon rose.
                        Night gifted an amazing ambient.
I took her in my arms as she came close.
Eternal time took pause for a moment.

Sinking in passionate kiss, we were thrilled.
                     Ardent amour was permanently sealed.
