An Illness In the Family

There is an illiness in the family My sister has a health problem She went to see the doctor He sent her for some tests The doctor said it was stones He said "we all get stone in the jaw" "Nothing to worry about For awhile she forgot about it Soon more symptons found This followed by more tests At the hospital more tests Followed by others in Toronto All the tests must be done Waiting was so difficult to do Wondering about the outcome So june passed, July passed August came went for results The three of went to hear It was not easy to listen to Doctor just spoke the words No one wanted to hear :It is lung cancer" For surgery to be done Will be September 19th For her surgery to be done Doctor said -"It was caught in time

Hello Johnson Vdey, yes it is not just the person that suffers it is the whole family as well. My sister had lung surgery done in September She is stronger now. Getting stronger every day. Your welcome. Have a nice day my friend

Hi Darlene! Omg, I also will pray for you, your sister and family. I noticed one of the commentors blaming the doctors for not finding it sooner. My goodness. We do not see our MD's daily. That was a vicious remark. Blame will not cure her. Prayers and a positive attitude on her part go a long way. I do understand you crying. You need support not cracks about doctors. It's up to us to keep well. You, take care of you! She also has to find inner strength.Panagiota

Hello Panagiota, Thank you for your prayers, I pray to every night. For strength for both my brother-in-law and I.Our MD only let us speak about one thing only, We have to make an appointment for the others. I can just scream. I am positive strong.Cry at night only. Have a nice day my friend.

Am sorry to hear not very nice two years ago i had swollen lymph node thank god after all tests biopsy ect was not cancer i hope your family member gets better thank you for kind words on my write xx davidscott

Hello Silent One,yes this is an evil disease for sure.It was a shock to hear this news. Waiting is hard for the due date of surgery to happen. My brother in-law and i must be strong and positive while other family members fall apart. It is not easy to be strong. Have a nice day my friend.
