"an Evening Thought"

I'm sitting outside on this summer night..
Raising eyebrows from fireflys that are so bright..
Raindrops and teardrops that fall the same..
One cools your soul while the other is soaked in pain..
A river of dreams that has just ran past my feet..
Now ankle high, I start to grin but never show defeat..
Sit up straight as a puddle forms in front of me..
I clear my eyes and step wisely from where I see..
I'm dusted by draft that has given me sign..
Trust and love is the cornerstone that keeps it mine..
From inside to outside I follow this pictureshow..
What is real or true is only what I know..
