An Endless Spring

Verdant bounty surrounding me. Crystal waters and lush slopes I see. Dancing at the foot of a mountain ridge are rays of sunshine in guise of yellow daffodils. Amber tinged clouds embrace a lofty peak and evergreens upon the mountainside appear so magical I cannot speak. Downward to the valley they seem to slide. among wildflowers water cascades from green cliffs . . in an endless spring March 27, 2022 For Emile Pinet's A Combination Of Forms Poetry Contest Crystalline- Kimo- Quatrain and Haiku Syllables per line of each form checked by Howmanysyllables.com End rhyme of the quatrain abab checked by Rhymezone.com

Congratulations Andrea! Your poem earned a distinguished place in my contest, this contest had 36 poems entered and yet your poem rose to the top ten, you should be proud of your placing, this was a difficult contest to judge, but your poem caught my eye, well done my friend, Emile.
