An Endless Spring
Verdant bounty surrounding me.
Crystal waters and lush slopes I see.
Dancing at the foot of a mountain ridge
are rays of sunshine in guise
of yellow daffodils.
Amber tinged clouds embrace a lofty peak
and evergreens upon the mountainside
appear so magical I cannot speak.
Downward to the valley they seem to slide.
among wildflowers
water cascades from green cliffs . .
in an endless spring
