An Elegy On the Woman Who Once Lived and Loved the Rain

An Elegy on the woman who once lived and loved the rain Loveliest amongst all She soared up the blank sky Like a fish eagle to genesis Unraveling the miles With wisdom and fire A young Ullyses of storm. She beseech the Zeus Wish rain to calm the world To dance in the rain ritual Her days were numbered She lays in deep slumber Dreaming the best adventures. The rain will pour again She’ll be the rainbow To promise to start again. When all wake up one day Like the Rip Van Winkle Will see you around with hope.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
