An Autumn Night

~~~
I took a walk one autumn night
The weather fine and dry
A harvest moon with mellow light
Carved a pathway through the sky
While an errant breeze stirred the trees
And leaves came drifting by
So beautiful as they die.
MARGARET, it's an honor having your poem on my winning list. Congratulations on your win in my Autumn Night's contest. A blessing it is to be back. I love nothing more than a free feeling of falling leaves drifting away at night. Thank you for the supporting one of my many soup contest. Stop by my latest blog "Together Alone" if you'd like. No problem if you don't have time. Just take this time and enjoy your win... LOVE LINDA
