An Autumn Leaf

I looked at an autumn leaf falling slowly
In the rhythm of a waltz under the foggy skies,
Dancing on the deserted alley lonely,
What an amazing journey right before it dies…

I noticed the leaf on the path by chance,
And felt sorry for it, and couldn’t forget
Its colors and that final marvelous dance
Just before everything darkened before sunset…
