An Astrological Bliss

she pranced amongst the fiery stars,
elated to flee the everlasting night.

the sun cries on my sensitive canvas;
a stark wind grabs the brush to continue.
can’t help but fall into a slumber abyss,
singing sprites that light the day will ensue.

I lie back into by beaming star's lust,
dreading to come back to a life I distrust.
thy calm enamors doth rain on me,
conjuring this swaying spirit, I flee.
