An Angry Words

Anger washes over me like a wave.
My hearts beats so hard I am sure,
It will break my ribs.
Can't think can't speak either.

My mind is moving so fast my lungs
Can't catch up.

Dying to let an angry scream out.
Feeling it build and build.
Punching the punching bag until
My knuckles are red raw.

Anger is a moment lives and then dies
