An Angel In Disguise
An Angel In Disguise
She's much younger than I imagined her,
A golden bird in the breasts of brook
Washing wings of day's toil in froths of sorrow;
Club moss shy and streams tend to meander
Through the fields of yarrow,
I see the brook-angel's vernal heart in her look.
