An After For Before
My now never like before
My then for my today
As perceived if I recall
Yet of words that never seem to say
Having had dreams set
Means awakening to never see
Achievements never met
Of life given age to only be
And am only to take it as it come
Am I honestly in control of things?
With the flow of nature to have undone
Of truth learnt... a never to seem
To believe to be fooled
Reasons for someone becoming someone else
Forever be shall life be overruled
For life to live isn’t only for heavens, but hell
Am I now unlike before?
My once for my today
As deceived... I am as i recall
My tomorrow for words to say
