Amidst Rustling Leaves
In an aura and its quintessence,
Wakeful sunrise in periwinkle skies.
Fresh intoxicating air
Fly above in graceful pace.
Velvet feel of delicate rose petals,
Daffodils, scarlet marigolds,
And waves of tiny blossoms;
Sweet breathed buds have unfurled,
Kiss of sweet nectar,
Spring flowers bloom.
Birch and aspen nesting birds
Safely perch, amidst rustling leaves.
Butterflies flit, bumblebees
Emerging from nestled rest
Amid pungent garden.
Tiny wings dance
To whisper of gentle breeze.
