American Dream
Is it erroneous to dream about this dream every night?
Ought I to just stick to a regular life like regular folk?
Who am I to think I should be a bigger figure?
Don’t need the trivial treasures; I like simple pleasures
You know the always and forevers that only seem to last half as such
, but a happy moment is a happy moment
No one can stand in the way of that dream
Making moments, making memories lasting across lifetimes guaranteed
I call that the pinnacle of the American Dream
