America

AMERICA

America wept today, as the world with her.
She lost a good son, one of honor, respected and revered.
A hero of America, 40th president of the USA.
All the world came to see, to mourn.
He gave America back her pride, her glory.

He tore down the wall of evil.
He helped set the world free.

Our hero is gone now, but surely not forgotten.
He will live in our hearts and minds forever.

Goodbye my friend, goodbye.
