Ambling Along
Ambling along, in thought rested silence
Mantra Aum, the esoteric diphthong
Cognised in void by inner sentience
The sound of one hand clapping, our swan-song
No doer choosing between right and wrong
Gently aligning with voice of conscience
Childlike surrender, devotion lifelong
Ambling along, in thought rested silence
In a continuum thus, our presence
Nestled in the current, where it belongs
Imbibing therein the nectar essence
Mantra Aum, the esoteric diphthong
As we plunge into the bliss stream headlong
Soul transfixed in divine entwined parlance
Moment to moment, we hear the love gong
Cognised in void by inner sentience
Head and heart aligned, in perfect balance
Gripped in rapture of the divine love song
Mystical is rhythm of its cadence
The sound of one hand clapping, our swan-song
It matters not, if life be short or long
What counts is that we build no ego fence
Kind to both man and nocturnal bettong
Embracing one and all, in carefree dance
