Am Waiting

Am waiting Am still waiting Am seated on this three legged chair Swinging, dangling on it I was here since the new dawn And now dusk is falling in with a thud Am hoping you can hold it down For my love doesn't know the dark The clip that we took Before we called it a goodnight Reminds me of your voice Soft sweet scent It reminds me of how you called my name "Eddi! Eddie! stop that" Love,am waiting Your heart to beat for me once more Or maybe for the first time To you am not that core But my wish is you be mine Am waing.....

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
