Always
Once again it's that time of year
Another one has passed without you here
I still struggle with you being gone
Every now and then I still dial your number on the phone
But I don’t hit send cuz I already know
I try so hard to let those thoughts go
And yet every now and again they sneak up me
I try not to let anyone see
But I know I can't hide from you
Being way up there I know you see everything I do
I just want you to know I'm not in any pain
It took some time but peace with this I did gain
I do still miss you
Of course I know you know that too
I know I can write and talk to you up there
And I still don’t think losing you was fair
But along the way that I learned to accept
In my heart you I have kept
And no matter how much time may go by
I will still look to the sky
I will always think of you
I will always remember you
I will always miss you
AND I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU!!!
