Always
Love always wins
No matter where it takes place
Whether it’s between two people
Or among the human race
Love can lift your spirits
And it can break your heart
Love can bring people together
Or force them to grow apart
Love can single someone
Out of a crowd
Love can be modest
And it can appear proud
Love can be mistaken
And leave you broken-hearted
Love can quickly end
Or become magically started
Love can direct your thoughts
And get out of control
Love can bring you down
And it can strengthen your soul
Love overcomes expectations
Love knows no fear
It can cause overwhelming joy
Or cause you to shed a tear
Love can cause you misfortune
And it can create fame
To some, love can move mountains
But to others it becomes a game
Love always conquers
Regardless the size of the war
And the best thing about love
Is there’s always room for more
