Altruism
Through sad smiles and tears,
A lot was left unsaid.
The heavens above,
Also felt my pain.
You were gone too soon,
I couldn’t imagine a life without.
You touched many a life,
Giving a ray of hope,
A noble act like none other,
As you live on in another one,
Truly an angel on earth,
Next to none.
