Already a Breakdown

In tears
She calls me
Already a breakdown
In full swing
Not falling for excuses
She tears into me
Of course I care
Of course I love you
She stares, distance
In her eyes
I can tell for too long
I haven’t told her in so long
I love you
Once and again and
I think it calms her
She smiles and look at me
The face of placidity
