Alone with my mind
Alone with my mind.
Not always do I find.
The place I want to be.
Is alone here with me.
Darkness steals light.
No matter how I can fight.
The mind takes it time
To claim its darkness is mine.
Along with the light.
I know there’s a bite.
For what bleeds in the night.
Is kept out of sight.
