Alone No Longer

What do you feel when you're
on your own?
Is life gray, colorless by how
the trees moan?
How does it feel when friends
betray you?
Or when the family you love
seems oh so few?

Allow me to tell you that
someone cares
Someone who with you, your
life shares?
Your troubles and sorrows and
every tear.
He knows of your hopes, love,
and fear

I speak of the one who carried
a cross
So you and I no more need
feel loss
Jesus, our God, the one who
owns all
the one who saved us for when
we fall

Through his Grace, we are
never alone
He has our back, he will never
disown
He has a purpose for the next
sunrise
Your tears alone his mercy
dries!

Interesting and emotional way to thank god who is always with us.
