Alone in the Twilight
I sit alone in the twilight,
Where silence speaks volumes at night,
It's not the same as a journey across the turbulent sea,
A door opens before me.
I walk through the mystery door,
Wondering what awaits me to explore,
I anticipate the best,
Hoping to live each day unperturbed and blessed.
Must I sit alone on the porch every twilight?
