Alone In A Silent Room
It's cold and quiet as I sit all alone in here.
Devoid of the one my soul holds most dear.
I wish my psyche's woes would disappear.
Some days only blusterous winds I can hear.
It's calm and empty in one of these rooms.
Only warmth from sun which always looms.
Mine seeming to symbolically be a tomb.
But I know I have to pick up my broom.
