Alone and Watching

He planted his feet firmly on the ground
And resisted the urge to look around
Looking up he saw clouds skirting by
Against an azure blue summery sky

So he thought where should I be
Not standing alone with dreams to be free
But all he had were these moment alone
To ponder his fate as his chances were gone.

So very sad! Each day is a new day to start over and pursue anything dreamed :)
