Alone

They say “You are not Alone”.
Alone, Alone, Alone I taste.
I ponder.
Alone pricks my tongue.
Look left, look right, look up, look IN.
What do you mean, I am not Alone?
I see no one there, I see no one anywhere.
No one racing through my veins.
No one pounding on my heart.
No one helping, no one hurting, no one there.
Not even me.

I liked your poem. I think even someone not physically near you can give comfort.
