Alone

Quick signals
in he deepness of your eyes
ever brown
the set of your lips
and impatient gestures
as you suffer through dinner
wanting me alone
husky whispers
as the door shuts
and we stand in the darkness
children rustling into beds
urgent words private questions
I lead you
