Alone? I cried out but no one heard me I needed help but couldn’t ask I felt alone but wasn’t really I was here but wasn’t seen I reached out but no one noticed I pulled away and no one cared I needed someone to take the time To ask me if I would be ok Then a voice softly whispered You weren’t alone I was always there I was there when you needed someone I was there and heard you cry I was there through all your darkness I took your hand and calmed your fears I was there when you needed hope I walked with you and lifted you up Take my hand and I will guide you Out of your darkness Into the light
