Almost There
Quite a long haul...
But I'm almost there...
Maybe you're interested,
Maybe you don't care,
Doesn't really matter,
Cause I'm almost there...
Been waitin' a long, long time,
Almost seems like a crime,
Doesn't really matter,
Cause I'm almost there...
Some are ahead,
Some are behind,
Doesn't really matter,
Because we all will find....
We're almost there...
Grows darker,
Grows brighter,
Doesn't really matter,
Our burden will be lighter,
Cause we're almost there...
Some will climb up,
Some will climb down,
Doesn't really matter,
Whether we wind up with a smile,
Or with a frown,
Cause we're gettin' closer...
We're almost there.
