Almost Absent of Character Creases

Sometimes while laughing I wonder tis not
because it's not humor and I ask sought
I don't view it was meant for us to cry
maybe we wouldn't snicker either nigh

Perhaps the models spot something we don't
premature wrinkles isn't the truth tone
I rarely do smile when pictures are made
they are always forced and turned to a fade

Though with this I'm not too serious worn
I pretend posed since the day I was born
my lack of expression serves me as thus
I wouldn't have one if hit by a bus

It's true I've changed photos as to often
on my profile soup page I hope soften

I too have never been one to find pleasure in having photos taken! I often wonder if pictures of smiling people are a cover for unseen painful feelings! ~ Regards // paul

I like this one, but I must warn you that you look about 13 years old now. So if looking young and beautiful is your goal, great job! Photographs are so tricky!

So you changed your avatar? I wouldn't have noticed. I'm heading towards senility. With all the medications I take, It's no wonder. However I try to judge by the poem only and your sonnet is so well done. It's been ages since I wrote one. ~~
