Allow the Muse To Take You
Allow the muse to take you
into the land of cherished gifts--
those you thought long-buried solid
into concrete-etched songs of pavement's certainty.
Travel the space between walking
and breathing forms--on the bus, in a shop.
Grace descends.
Diamonds pave your path,
igniting opulescent splendor
as if it were your first meeting--face to face.
