Alliterative Lunacy

Little lavender lumps of lollipops poke platinum pumpernickel and pea-green pomegranates with a bright blue tomato touching the pink pineapples painted on a double-drawered dresser, creating cockamamie cravings for fire flaming red ice cream on a checkered coconut cone with winter white watermelon juice just to wash it down! Perhaps, then again, azure artichokes found floating in a fountain of turquoise turnips turns you on, or variegated violet zucchini might melt your many organic orange peas. Pass the peas, please ... Whatchoo in the mood for? Whatchoo gonna do with that crisp chocolate coated french fried butter battered bagel by that coal black glass of moo? huh ... huh? Whatcha gonna do?

"Alliterative Lunacy" funny, brilliant ! Loved it ! "Excuses" ........ you have an excellent style and even in a serious poem such as "Calculus" ( which is also excellent ) there still remains a soft and gentle humor, as in the end of "A Cosmic Joke".... and again in "I AM". I think I am going to enjoy reading a lot more of your work Sue. But "Mystery" is my favorite

This is excellent and very ingenious. I like the easy flow of the words and how they are linked together in many ways. The last stanza is my favorite. Great job! ~ Joseph
