ALLIANCE
The bridal moon, kohl-lined,
steps into silked night,
while dusk, like a mischievous Cupid,
loosens its arrows into the dark.
Over turquoise waters,
fading flares spill aurora borealis,
a star-lit symphony,
trembles like held-back vows.
The ocean, once distant, leans closer—
breathing silver over still waters,
a zero softening its edge
at the horizon of infinity.
