All Too Human

What good will it do you To dwell on all you've done. When will you realize, You atoned the moment you opened your eyes. What now matters most, Is letting go of what was once your sorrow's host. When will you see, how you've been feeling Just means you're all too human, darling.

I am an elementary school counselor, and this tells what I do all day - encourage children to "let go of the sorrow" so they have room in their hearts for the joy.
