I'm losing the feelings of happiness
All over again, my mind becomes a mess.
I'm losing the feelings of strength
All over again, my spirit weakness lengthens.

I'm losing the thoughts of confidence
All over again, my thinking's darkening.
I'm losing the thoughts of hope
All over again, my state of mind is fading…

I tell my children "tell the reptile brain to go away, so the pink, happy, lively orange brain with the happy smile can take over and bring you joy."
