All My Valuable Friends
All My Valuable Friends
I’ve got thousands of friends around the world
On paper anyway.
They say hi when I get a new job and congratulate
On my birthday.
The call me Dave as if they’ve known for many
Many years.
And when I share something that’s sad, they dutifully
Shed some tears.
All these people are so far away, if I needed them they’d
Take days to arrive.
So let me let you into a secret, without Twitter, Instagram
And Facebook?You can survive…Duh!
