All Most Over

Thank God it’s almost over, at least near where I live Clinics, pharmacies, grocery stores and jails There is the Vaccine Finder and companies with free time Now will have them too and 16 year old children At their schools ready for sports and Fall’s days of lessons Friday is my final shot, my husband is a week later too So I am reading and looking at the nearby parks Point Lobos, redwoods and otters, Ano Nuevo’s seal lions I know it will be limited and have to make arrangements To help everyone and the seas be safe, but I wonder If there isn’t something important that we must remember Take care of children worldwide, wildlife, the elderly, the seas Honor all the people who volunteered to help For life is precious and nothing is for sure
