All in the Name of Love

She rides across the rainbow
On a winged and painted horse
Just and kind with peace of mind
And only love to steer her course

A bright Angel here on Earth
But she carries shield and sword
Calmly weighed and unafraid
Of the fate she's heading toward

Riding to the gates of Hell
To catch evil by surprise
She'll battle there without a care
Dismissing her own demise

Staring long into the abyss
Knowing well what she will find
But still she'll fight with all her might
For the sake of all mankind

She pretends to be no Goddess
Only a Queen without a crown
Draws her sword on the demon hoard
And one by one she puts them down

Lightning flashes from her eyes
Her heart beats loud as thunder
A look of grace upon her face
As we all watch in wonder

Kind of digging this one. It's probably a black horse. Into the "faves", as they're want to say ... in this place, which is probably Purgatory.

Thanks Candide, it's just your typical good versus evil tale. I always liked the look of a strong, independent woman on a horse, any color. It's my country roots coming out in me I suspect. I appreciate the positive feedback.
