All In a Day
Amber sun, vibrant hues caress
Bare skin that thrives to the touch
Of this dawn who know nothing of
Discouragement, but only feels alive
With inspiration that rouses the senses
Awakening elation that frees wisdom
Amid plans for a breakfast adventure
Gentle dreams flourish on the wings
Of a afternoon rain who flows freedom
Through the minds of those who listen
To the whispers of raindrops soothing
With sensations so exquisite that they
Move the heart to appreciate all that
God has blessed us with, such a kind nature
Azure skies turn misty with the evening
Penetrating the spirit with a charming wave
Of gratitude for all the benefits sent down
From a heavenly home where we may
Venture to go one day soon when our lives
Change from breathing souls to those who
Know only the decay of mysterious demise
Ebony drifts across the night with the friends
Of starlight and moon who glides throught the
Darkness in a intense and dazzling glimmer
Amazing those who perchance investigate
These quivering lights as they flicker across
The wonderous dusk, crying out a echo of
Faith, hope and love to those who will listen
It is in the quiet, where silence leads the song
Breathing with desires, insights and mysteries
Forever freeing inspiration to gently give it’s
Yearning hand to those who share their gifts
With fellow lovers of the spark of imagination
Our heavenly Father has put into the hearts of
Those who express an interest in the soul’s ingenuity
